  • Before your first login, please review following security requirements in order to correctly apply security settings.
    1. New Internet Banking requires at least 8 character to maximum of 32 characters for the password. The password must contain at least 1 character of uppercase alphabet, lowercase alphabet, numbers and symbols (` “ – ‘ , # @ : ? ! ( ) $ / \ available). If your current password does not meet the requirement above, please click on “Forgot Password” link to reset your password..
    2. Please set up 3 new questions and answers to verify your identity.
    3. Please select phone number to use for Identification Verification. If the phone number on the screen cannot be used to verify your identity (Old phone number, incapable to receive SMS or Calls), cancel the setting and visit the nearest branch to change your phone number.
