Important updates on SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)

Dear Clients,

For those of you who have recently applied for the SBA PPP loan and currently waiting for answers, we are following up on the status of your application. We understand how important these funds are for your business and we hope that this update provides you with some understanding.

As part of the Government’s act to combat the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CARES Act was signed into law on March 26, 2020. The Act authorized the creation of the $349 Billion PPP, a loan program meant to provide loans to businesses impacted by the pandemic. As of April 16, we have been notified that all available funds for the Paycheck Protection Program loans have been allocated and we are currently no longer accepting new applicants. However, we continue to monitor the congressional actions for a possible new round of funding and will keep your applications close by so we can be ready to submit if a new funding becomes available.

As it stands now, nothing else is required for you to do. If we have any question as we review your application we will get in touch with you through email or through any other contact information provided.

2. Guidelines

We urge you to follow these CDC guidelines when planning to visit our branches:

  • Please stay home if you are sick
  • Follow the safe distance guidance of maintaining 6 feet from all individuals
  • Clean and/or sanitize your hand often and avoid contacts with your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
